Size of the team: Min-2 and max-3
All the participants should be from the same Institution.
Each participant can submit only one entry.
No change in the team structure is permitted after the team is registered.
Plagiarized work will be disqualified, presenting someone else’s work or ideas as your own is not accepted.
The decision of the panel will be final


Description of rounds of the event:

ROUND I - Abstract Submission


Abstract Submission
This round will be in online mode.
Only .pdf file formats will be accepted.
The submission should be on one page, Font – Times New Roman, Size – 11, Line Spacing – 1 with Normal Margins (2.54 cm by 2.54 cm).
The PDF should be submitted through spardha.vamnicom24@outlook.com & subject should be in the name of the event & in description name of the student, college name, university name and contact number, are mandatory.
Overview of the Business Plan

What is your solution/idea/product?
What is your revenue model?

ROUND II - Executive Summary Submission
Cover Sheet (Company Name, College Name, Presenting Team Members, Team Leader
Contact Information)
Overview of your Business Model
Sales and Marketing Strategy (how you will go to market)
Intellectual Property status (e.g., patents, licenses, etc.)
Competitor Analysis (competitors and your competitive differentiation)
Management team and/or advisors, including relevant experience
Value Proposition (Product or service description including the current status of development- beta, prototype, etc.)
Customer/Market Analysis (market size and potential market share)
Financial analysis.
The submission should not be more than 4 pages including the cover page, font – Times New Roman, Size – 11, Line spacing – 1 with Normal Margins (2.54 cm by 2.54 cm).

ROUND III - Final Presentation
For the final round, finalists will be presenting their business plans in offline mode at VAMNICOM, Pune.
The details regarding this round will be conveyed to the qualifying teams through email.
START DATE: 28 MAR 24, 9:00 AM IST

NOTE
Traveling allowances would be provided to the shortlisted candidates for the offline events on the provision of proper bills to us after reaching the campus.
Up to 1500 Rs/individual would be refunded.
Accommodation and food facilities will also be provided free of cost within the campus for the shortlisted candidates for the offline events.

Prize Money:
1st prize: Rs.10000 with certificate & Trophy
2nd prize: Rs.7000 with certificate & Trophy
3rd prize: Rs.5000 with certificate & Trophy
