Description of rounds of the event:
ROUND I - Screening
Theme: Inspiration: Motivate viewers with a message of hope, empowerment, or achieving dreams.
RULES
The first round will be in online mode
For the registration, each participant should provide us with the respective college/university details.
The team/ group size should be of 2-3 members.
The video could be in English or Hindi [with English subtitles]
Plagiarism is strictly prohibited and shall lead to disqualification.
The video should be the original work of the team/group and must not infringe any third-party rights.
Duration of the video should be 30-120 seconds.
Video should be in the MP4 format only and with an aspect ratio of 16:9.
Size of the video should be below 100MB.
A suitable tagline for your short video is mandatory.
All the participants should follow VAMNICOM’S social media platforms (Instagram : @vamnicom_pune_official, @srijan_pgdm_abm)
Only one submission is allowed per team.
The video file should be named in the following format: SPARDHA’24_TEAM NAME
Video should be submitted before dead line. (1 week)
Number of Likes, views on the video posted are considered for judging.
How to submit – Send the video to spardha’s telegram account https://t.me/spardha24ad before the last date.
Last date to submit the video is 17th March 2024 9’AM
ROUND II - FINALS
RULES
The final round will be in offline mode.
The time limit for each team/group is same as screening.
The theme is provided three day prior to the finals.
The short video can be in the campus also.
Addition of new members for the final round is not accepted
Each and every member in a team/group should be involved in short film video in final round.

Dialogue and its impact- 10%
Clarity of video -10%
NOTE
Travelling allowances would be provided to the shortlisted candidates for the offline events on the provision of proper bills to us after reaching the campus.
Up to 1500 Rs/individual would be refunded.
Accommodation and food facilities will also be provided free of cost within the campus for the shortlisted candidates for the offline events.
Last date of submission of video is 10-04-2024 for first round
Second (Offline round) is conducted from 17-03-2024
Prize Money:
1st prize: Rs.8000 with certificate and trophy
2nd prize: Rs.6000 with certificate and trophy
3rd prize: Rs.5000 with certificate and trophy
