Rules

Number of rounds – 4

First two rounds would be carried out over Virtual Platforms (Online mode) i.e., Numerical and communicative skill test and Case Study presentation and remaining two rounds will be in campus (offline mode) i.e., Situational Analysis in Corporate view and Stress Interview (Panel with audience).
Candidates should be in formal attire.
Results from judges would be final.


Description of rounds of the event:
ROUND I – INCEPTION : NUMERICAL AND CURRENT AFFAIRS TEST


It will be conducted for all the registered participants.
Duration will be 20 minutes.
Basic mathematical concepts, logical reasoning and current affairs questions.
Scores based on accuracy and speed.
START DATE: 16 MAR 24, 8:00 PM IST
END DATE: 16 MAR 24, 10:00 PM IST


ROUND II – THOUGHT TANGO: CASE STUDY PRESENTATION:


Participants will be given time of 24 hours to prepare the case study presentation with 5 slides including Welcome and Thank you slide.
It should include Facts, Issues, Alternatives, Decisions, and Fallback Strategy.
Shortlisted candidates would present their case in front of the jury.
Presentation time will be 5-6 minutes per individual.

The PPT should be submitted through Gmail-Spardha.vamnicom24@outlook.com subject should be in the name of the event EKAAKSH, in the description name of the student, college name, university name and contact number, are mandatory.

END DATE: 18 MAR 24, 5:00 5M IST



ROUND III – JAM : JUST A MINUTE

Participants have to pick a chit from a box that contains questions of same difficulty level.

They have 1 minute for preparation and 3 minutes for performing strictly JAM on spot.

Points would be given to the creative and a Good structured answer.

Duration of 8 mins (3 mins to think and 5 mins would be given to explain their analysis part.) would be given.

END DATE: 28 MAR 24, 11: 59 PM IST



ROUND IV – FINAL SHOWDOWN: STRESS INTERVIEW (PANEL INTERVIEW)

Last but not least a panel interview to check the ability of the participant to crack the interview.
Panel of judges asking challenging questions under time pressure.
Duration would be minimum 5 minutes per candidate.
Evaluation of stress management, communication and overall presence.

END DATE: 28 MAR 24, 11:59 PM IST


NOTE &
Travelling allowances would be provided to the shortlisted candidates for the offline events on the provision of proper bills to us after reaching the campus.
Up to 1500 Rs/individual would be refunded.
Accommodation and food facilities will also be provided free of cost within the campus for the shortlisted candidates for the offline events.
